Individual / Joint Account (Cash Account)

1. Come to our company in person; or
2. On-line download Account Opening Form

1. Completed Account Opening Form
2. Copy of Individual (and Joint) Client’s Identity Card(s) or Passport(s)
3. Copy of bank statement or utility bill with the name of the Client printed thereon within the last 3 months as the proof of residential address.
4. (For authorized person) Certified copy of Identity Card or Passport (if applicable).

Corporate Account – Applicable to company incorporated in Hong Kong only(Cash Account)

1. Memorandum and Articles of Association with all of its subsequent amending resolutions
2. Latest Annual Return with all of its subsequent amending documents
3. Certified true copy of Certificate of Incorporation
4. Certified true copy of Business Registration
5. Latest Audited Financial Statements
6. List of Directors and List of Shareholders (e.g. For Hong Kong Companies) Copy of the latest Form AR1 or Form D1 plus Subsequent Form D2.
7. Certified true copy of Identity Card or Passport for authorized person(s) and shareholders) (if applicable)
8. Enough number of Directors signed on Resolution
9. Execution of A/C Opening documents in according with the Instruction of Resolution
